Entries must be made on-line by 4 pm the evening before on www.mullingarequestrian.com .

Draws will be made & jumping times will notified by return of email by 6 pm.

Payments not made at the time of entry should be presented in an envelope with the exact amount on the day. Only riders & necessary personnel should travel.

All attendees must read & fully co –operate with the ECVOA COVID-19 protocols & adhere to all HSE & Government Covid-19 guidelines. Please co-operate with our compliant officer as requested. Our MEC team are always here on the ground to assist & help you & your horse at each show so please ask.

Finals : Horse / Rider Combinations must attend at least 2 league shows to be eligible for final day prizes – MEC cooler & Forever Equestrian Voucher to the winners. Prizes to 6th place in each class(subject to no. of entries ) & prizes in kind in sportsman classes . Results will be available to view on the Equipe app for those who wish to participate in the league.

 

The equestrian sector is aware of the major public health threat posed by the Covid 19 pandemic and the importance of the measures we must take to reduce transmission of the virus.

In reopening our venue in a phased manner we will be adhering to protocols adopted by equestrian competition venues across Ireland, and we will be adhering to Government guidelines. We have introduced additional measures, unique to equestrian sport, for your safety.

Currently, Sand 1 and International Sand are available for schooling with a full course of fences. The arenas will be harrowed, watered and maintained.

It is imperative that users remove droppings, otherwise we will be obliged to impose a cleaning charge. Please BOOK your Slot ONLINE.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get the horses back out & about and into a healthy frame of mind but it is vital that everyone follows the guidelines that have been put in place.
