Looking forward to welcoming everyone back for round 4 of our Event Show Jumping league this Friday February 10th from 6pm ..Still not to late to join in the fun , 3 attendances are required to be eligible to compete for prizes on the final night on March 3rd . The response to our First Event Show Jumping League Qualifier sponsored by Berney Bros & Joseph Murphy Eventing, Gain Horse Feeds & Forever Equestrian is overwhelming especially as it is still only January ….fantastic to see so many riders compete last night & thank you to everyone for your support, enthusiasm & energy…..with temperatures dropping to -4 for the first time this year many competitors were only leaving for home well past 11 pm heading for Longford, Clonmellon & even as far away as Mohill …. We are back for round 3 next Friday night .Jan 27th … don’t forget riders must attend 3 shows to be eligible for final night prizes on Feb 24th ….the COUNTDOWN HAS BEGUN ….
WELL DONE TO Emma DOLAN …our first ever Roll over LOTTO WINNER,taking the honours in the 80cm class having won the previous week with a superb round on her fab pony MOUSE repeated the performance again this week …. Suzanne Gorman almost pulled off a 2nd week win in the 70cm but was pipped at the post with a superb round from the third last rider to go Kevin Healy & Buzz . Rachel Lynn & Belle also came close to a LOtto win but last to go Elish Mc Loughlin jumped home clear in 83.63 to slot into first place in the 90cm class ….
In the HOT SEAT for Next Weeks 3 week LOTTO Roll Over challenge are Kevin HEaly in the 70cm & Elish Mc Loughlin in 90cm . 80cm is ALL TO JUMP for ….but a win for you can put a halt to Kevins & Elish’s gallop in the 70 & 90cm …..well done to Michael & Robert for the great courses each week …
