Mullingar Rising Stars Young Horse Series 2023 is a new initiative driven by the MEC team for our younger horses

• The Rising Stars is a series for 4,5 and 6/7 year old horses which will allow producers to develop their young horses in a less intense environment, affording them more time to reach their full potential.
• 20 qualifiers at Mullingar & various venues around the country, with the finals, incorporating a prize fund of €12,000, held at Mullingar in August (4^th to 6^th)
• All the qualifiers in Mullingar from 25th of April 2023 onwards, will be live-streamed, affording owners and producers the opportunity to showcase their horses to a wide audience and allowing those based abroad the opportunity to assess the 2023 crop of young Irish horses.
